bettaway interview questions

took 3 weeks to get a call that came 2 more weeks after that. main topic of interview was "communication". still haven't heard back with interview result. it's been 5 months...

Was extremely laid back just looking for someone that was interested in what they do and seemed capable of it. After a brief interview I was brought to one of their employees and sat with them for about a half an hour and she just showed me what she did on a day to day basis afterwards he asked me if I wanted the position and I accepted.
