Interview
Applied online, was contacted by a recruiter, set up initial in-office interview, had follow-up interview, received job offer. All in-person interactions I had were extremely unprofessional. The people involved in my interview experience had little respect for my time, and the effort I put in to being a worthy candidate.

Interview
For an entry-level position, this is one of the worst interviews I experienced. I initially applied for a role in my state but then with each interview, they kept sending me off to another interview for a different area along the West Coast. The last virtual interview I had was with two regional managers based out of Anaheim, CA. One of the managers, Ray S was super condescending and had an unfriendly demeanor. The whole interview became uncomfortable as it felt like my responses were being invalidated.

Interview
First, I had a 15-20 minute phone screening with the corporate recruiter. During the phone interview, they pretty much just ask you about your background and why you are interested in working for them. Second, I had a Zoom interview with a sales trainer. Lastly, I interviewed with the area sales manager over Zoom. Overall, it was around a week or so between the start of the interview process and receiving an offer. I appreciated them being so quick, especially during this pandemic.
