Started with HR Call
then meeting with Hiring Manager
then IQ test and coding assesment. They sent me coding "mancala" game.
Tech interview with 2 Developers. During the meeting there were 2 part. First one was mainly related the assesment, the normal tech questions

Why did you choose this solution? Can you do it differently
First call with recruiter to understand expectations. Second call was code review. It was very simple for senior developers. Third round was live coding. Sample scenario given in advance. Had to solve 5 unit tests. Last 2 are a bit difficult.
I solved all 5.
Despite clearing technical rounds I was not put through to the next round since the roll was filled internally. I heard that this happens at bol multiple times. I wasted a month in this process.
