      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at bp (Pangbourne, England) in Feb 2016

      Interview

Interview panel consisted of 2 people, the hiring manager and one of the team leaders. Interview lasted 1 hour, consisted mainly of competency questions with a few technical questions and a lot of probing. The panel was very friendly, whole thing felt like a conversation.
