      Retail Pricing Analyst Interview

      2 Sept 2017
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Melbourne
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at bp (Melbourne) in Sept 2016

      Interview

Online application and then a Phone Interview. I felt that they focused on me saying 'um' too much rather than what I am able to offer. The constant interruption each time I said that word put me off and I was not able to construct a coherent answer as I become aware of each 'ums' I use. I would advise them to keep quiet during the interview as it's unlikely that anyone can change the way they communicate during an interview.
