The phone-based competency interview is generally carried out by one or two members of the HR team, and is focused around previous experience and achievements. The interview reportedly lasts around 45 minutes, and is fairly relaxed and discussion-based rather than formal and structured. Previous questions have included:

What goals have you set for yourself and achieved?
Describe your role in a team project that you have been involved in.
A case study where you read a case and had to answer the questions the interviewees had for you. And then a super day with other interviewees went through a lot of games and chalkenges
Took a very long time to respond to interview. Interview questions were too short, not enough time to get you're personality accross which is vital in the interview stage to stand out.
Behavioral interviews. Then super day was behavioral and situational. Lots of group problem solving and puzzles. Be ready to work in a team and be open minded to ideas. Also be prepared for a potential clean energy acquisition case study.
