I had wonderful and professional interview process while going through screening process. Initially, candidates have to go through Hireview interview process where each candidate is asked Competency and technical set of questions. Below are few tips for prospective candidates. 1) First of all, be yourself and come well prepared. Go through Hireview interview questions online. 2) Carry yourself processional with your dress attire. 3) Use your experience for competency based questions. 4) Use right background which will reflect Professionalism since this interview is happening via video. Also, put your laptop at a distancing height. BP interview process is really professional one since Hireview process judges the right candidate and goes ahead with it for next/final round of interview. Since, we are in living in pandemic world now so all other organization should be following the same process to bring in right talent in house.

Straight Forward: Phone call, Video interview and Meet & Greet in the office. No update or feedback even after follow up email and a call....Slow process. Career portal shows status as assessment stage...ghosted... consider a one of them understand they can't get back to every candidate during the screening process but not at final stages with just 1-2 candidates they can provide an update to the candidates so they can keep working on other roles.
