I applied online and was contacted the same day via email to attend an assessment centre a week later. There was 4 other people and myself at the interview which was nice and took the edge off. The management team was very informative and easy going/relaxed which made the whole process enjoyable and fun. They split us into 2 different groups and asked us to do a quick exercise and then interviewed us all one on one at the end. I was contacted a week later saying I had moved to the next stage then another week after that I was given an offer. So all up the whole process from applying to getting an offer took 2 weeks.

Interview
Interview process is easy. They tell you this-this date you'll have an interview.
They ask you Questions and that's that. I had three rounds, they'll ask you questions yada yada but if you ask them any question, they have no logical response. My 3rd round, the person didn't want to hire me at all and was going through the motions. When I asked him a question, his response made 0 sense. Its like I asked him the color of the sky and his response was I like to play Ludo.
the interview was easy, no need to stress, interview taken by manager, the need to be fluent in english, need to be friendly nature for customers, need to show empathy
