Interview
Very tough. There were two main parts, behavioral and technical, each about an hour long. Then Final interview day was pretty intense that lasted pretty much 9 to 5. I know that they even do trading simulations now to see how candidates react under pressure.

Question 1
They had a map with a bunch of different oil routes (pipe, water, trucks) and had to calculate quickly which one would chose. Then they added layers of complexity.

Interview
First online application, then online test (verbal and numerical). Then video interview, there are some impromptu interview questions, all competency based. Than in office face-to-face interview and a trading simulation game. Lastly the final assessment center. The HR will contact candidates, and the assessors are BP trading managers and traders.
