Two interviewers on Teams. The whole process is two parts, where is first part is about your background (educational or relevant experience) and they asked some scenarios questions like tell me one time that you demonstrate leadership/business skills. Second part is the technical part where they gave you situation that bp is considering acquiring a start up company along with some textual and numerical information about it and then ask you to give your analysis. The whole interview was one hour and half long.
