I applied through BP's website where I had to fill in a long form and submit my academic transcript. 2 weeks later, I was invited to complete an online assessment within 4 days. 1 week after the assessment, I was invited to a video interview which I was to complete within 3 days. The video interview was a little unusual; it consisted of 4 questions. 1 question is flashed at a time and you are given 30 seconds to formulate your answer. After 30 seconds, the video starts to record your answer and you are given between 1 to 2 minutes. After each recording, you are allowed to take as long as you need before you proceed.
