      Forecast and Demand Analyst Interview

      12 Nov 2015
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Chicago, IL
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at bp (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2013

      Interview

The first step is a phone screening with HR. After that screening your information is presented to the hiring manager. If the hiring manager is interested, you are moved to the next step. In the interview there is a three person interview panel. The questions are all behavior based questions.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Give me a specific example of a time when you sold your supervisor on an idea or concept. How did you proceed? What was the result?
