One-way virtual interviews are the first round--incredibly awkward and brutal. Questions mainly about experiences nothing crazy or technical. Completed over a month ago and still have yet to hear back, just keeping getting emails that say due to high volume of applicants it is taking longer than expected to review all the interviews.
