The phone screener was pretty unprofessional- openly admitted she knew very little about the role she was phone interviewing for, used explicatives, didn't follow up on the date promised. I did not receive an offer but found the phone interview process very off putting so I was not interested anyways.

Phone interview then two face to face. The staff was inviting and friendly. The Interview flowed. Detailed description of job applying for was given. All of my questions were answered. Open and fair interview process.

Interview
Had a phone interview then was scheduled a second interview with Sales Manager. Could not connect to Skype so we rescheduled. She was 30 minutes late calling me and asked me questions that should have already been answered by reviewing my resume. Seemed disinterested and we got disconnected. Very unprofessional. Tried to contact again and never got an email or response.
