codecentric (Serbia) interview questions

Extremely unprofessional. I have been in this business for almost 10 years, but what I have experienced here is the worst interview experience. I was blown away by the level of arrogance that the chief "engineer" displayed with his questions and comments. And the best part is that arrogance is not based on knowledge or experience, it is based on only prejudice. From the very beginning of the conversation, the atmosphere was hostile, I felt like I was in a convict chair. Extremely inappropriate questions and inappropriate comments from the chief "engineer". A few times during the interview I just wanted to just get out of the interview because it was unbearable. All in all, there was no examination of knowledge but only mockery and charades. In the end I didn't get any answer from them, I even sent an email to ask for feedback, I didn't get any answer to that either. Extremely unprofessional. The worst interview I've seen, and unfortunately I had to attend. Since the interview usually depicts the company itself, I would not recommend this one to anyone.

Interview is split into 3 parts, for me it was 3 times x 1 hour, in 3 separate days: - Introduction - get to know each other, talking in English, etc. - Technical - technical interview with 2 other developers, conceptual problem solving, without the whiteboarding and similar nonsenses - Sallary negotiation - with the executive management
