As a writer, I do best with written feedback, and I appreciate the time it takes for an editor to detail what I've done well and what I can do better just as much as I appreciate insight into where I've gone completely offtrack. I prefer editors to be direct and honest so that I can make the updates needed for the current assignment and increase likelihood of future assignments as well. Less

What do you like to write about, what are your passions?
They asked why I wanted a part time contract job and if I was also searching for a full time job.

I explained that I was searching for a full time job and would foresee having limited flexibility as far as hours. I initially was not offered the role because they wanted someone with a more flexible schedule, but after their first choice did not work out I was offered the job. Less

I answered that it was not a problem.
Again, I am not one to answer that first hand, but most were asked pretty standard interview questions. It seems much more weighted towards your writing samples that you had priorly submitted. If they felt that they were good or showed potential, my impression was that the actual interview process was fairly cursory.
