I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at data.ai (Singapore) in Apr 2023
Interview
Three rounds of interviews I attended. First one with HR, then hiring manager and last round is a one-hour case study presentation. The first 2 rounds were smooth, but the last round was quite rough. A lot of information given and candidates expected to act as an expert in different domains to present to C-level of client.

Question 1
The case study given a ppt deck of over 20 slides with a lot of questions and data. Candidate expected to study the data related to their research + data collected from desk research
Recruiter reached out to me to schedule an interview. After scheduling the interview, I spent an hour prepping for the interview beforehand and then the recruiter cancelled last minute right before the interview was set to begin. She said she would reach out to me on Monday the next week. Didn't hear anything until Wednesday, when the recruiter reached out and said that they changed the role and now don't want to move forward. Would appreciate if the team respected the effort and time that job seekers are putting into roles for their company and not cancel last minute or "change the role" after reaching out to schedule an interview.

Question 1
Cancelled last minute then later said they changed the role.
I have applied to the company and right away away got a notification ' we're not hiring immediately but will keep your profile.'
Why post a job if you are not hiring?
