Very easy. If you are able to talk and have decent availability you got the job. hands down, anyone gets hired here. Do not be nervous, you do not even have to look half decent. You will get the job. Interviewer will ask you to create a response to a made up customer issue.

Asked job background, nothing too difficult to answer. Asked about my previous job experiences. Also I had to write a mock response to a hypothetical situation to a customer. They were attentive to what I had to say for the interview.
