I met 2 interviewers, a lead recruiter and the country hr lead. The company recently completed a merger a few weeks ago. Had a very negative experience with them. Each interview took only 30 mins, they only wanted to know if I can do the job. From our conversation, I could tell that the company structure is in a mess. Was offered the role, but then ghosted me for 2 weeks, and after I follow up with them countless times, they eventually replied with a templated email that due to some recent development, they decided not to move ahead. 10/10 WILL NOT recommend as the recruitment team seems in a mess and management does not know what they're doing.

there were total of 4 rounds. first round was a telephonic interview round. second was a technical round with manager which went on for 20 minutes. when i thought i was done, i got another interview call with senior management which also went well and they were quiet impressed. i was waiting for an offer when i got a call for interview with the director. it was more of conversation about my past experience and behaviour questions testing my skills to work in a tight timelines. all went good and i was given the offer
