I was referred by a former employee to hiring manager. The Talent Acquisition Lead contacted me and we spoke. An interview was then fixed for me with HR Partner and Application Manager (not the hiring manager first which was weird). The interview went well, however, subsequently I was ghosted without any response despite repeated follow ups.
I’m terribly surprised by the lack of professionalism by such a well known company in the industry.
On hindsight, it was a blessing in disguise that I didn’t get to join them. How a company treats potential employees is reflective of the culture of the company as a whole.
