I applied for a senior position in HR and selected for a first interview. I had my phone interview rescheduled 3 times. The first two times, I received an email - after the interview not have happened -, with a generic text with little detail saying something unexpected had happened. I then had to go through three different people to learn that the recruiter responsible for managing the process had gone on holiday without ensuring that someone else would reschedule the interviews. I have not heard from the company ever since. It is very disappointing that the recruitment team think it is acceptable to ask people to take time to prepare and be available to interview with dunnhumby, and then don't feel responsible to give feedback to candidates when they cancel interviews. Considering that I received the same generic answer from different recruiters at different times, it seems to be an acceptable practice at dunnhumby's HR department and in the recruitment team.
