Interview
Occurred during lockdown / restrictions - but involved two FaceTime calls and your basic ‘interview’ questions (about the role, previous experience, management style, conflict resolution). Very quick response time and called my references straight away as well.
The first round interview is with the Store Manager and if successful the second round is with the Area Manager. It is quite a standard interview discussing yourself and previous work experience.
