Interview
4 interviews total, (2 phone/ 2 in-person). Interviewing process was relaxed, met with general manager first. Dressed in slacks and button down. Asked questions pertaining mainly to college, interests and what I was looking for in a first job. Told me there were over 100 applicants for the job, was happy to hear I go the offer! (was a very competitive market at the time)
