I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at e27 (Singapore) in Dec 2019
Interview
Founder of the company took the initial screening of candidates by himself.
During the phone call he asked many questions pertaining to the job and past work experiences.
Making comments that he doesn't pay people a certain amount if they do not have 2 years of experience in the same company. - Sure hiring practices can do that but what do you exactly are you trying to achieve?
Said that he would get back after speaking to the direct managers as they were on holiday but never got back. Even after repeated messages.
Shocking that the founder of the business cannot reply with a 'We've chosen someone else of this role and thank you for your time'? I guess it is that difficult to type it out.
