Rather easy if you know what the role is about, two people from senior management, no grilling, normal, down to earth discussion. It was a new position, so they were not super technical and confident in my expertise themselves to be fair.

Easy 2-stage applying, conversation with HR and with Technical staff. no tests or childish questions. Natural, human conversation. It was few years ago so of course it could be different now but I was very satisfied with the process
