Interview
The interview process with EECO was one of the best I’ve experienced. I spoke with the Director of Project Management and the VP of eCore in a single 40-minute session. The conversation was engaging, thorough, and respectful.
They asked thoughtful questions about my background in project management, my understanding of Agile methodologies, and my experience leading software development projects. It was a mix of technical and situational questions, and they took the time to dig deeper into my responses to really understand how I work.
I appreciated the way they conducted the interview—it felt more like a dialogue than a grilling session. Toward the end, they let me know they were impressed and offered me the role during the call, which made me feel genuinely valued.
