I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at eDominer Systems (Bengaluru)
Interview
Absolutely disgusting experience. They want good resources with peanut. HR is the most inefficient of all. During your telephonic conversation they will offer you everything but when you have the actual interview with the CEO you will find completely opposite scenario. The CEO so is Unprofessional and uncouth he wouldn't even look at you during interview but play with his phone. Learn some professionalism I must say.

I was not asked any question but directly came to Salary Negotiation.
eDominer maintains high standards and believes in making improvements when there is a scope. Some candidates who get rejected vent out in social media platforms, which should not be the right approach. Attacking individuals only demonstrate frustration and does not help the overall ecosystem.
