I was first contacted through phonecall and then I received a mail from a Talent Acquisition Manager called Joana whose attitude during all the process was very kind and proffessional. She informed about everything, we did a skype conference in english and despite my english is not perfect she was smiling all the time and making me feel very self-confident during all the interview.
I was summoned for a second interview with people from the CRM department with which I expressed my career and my motivations for joining the company. I made a technical test and I met briefly with the head of the department. The whole process was 2,5 hours and I can't complain of anything as all the persons I met where very kind, human and proffessional.
