First of all, I would not recommend this company to the experienced ones. I attended walking. The first step was a written exam. Questions were easy and exactly the same as available on various website. Simply search eGain question paper for Technical Support and you will get everything. Even though your exam didn't go well just make good relation with the HR (in my case Charo ) who invigilate the process. She will pass you sometimes by giving grace marks. Once the exam is qualified. Technical round followed by HR round takes place. The technical round will not create any problem if you are technically sound. HR round by manager is just a formality.
