I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at eHealth (Santa Clara, CA) in Jun 2020
Interview
Was referred. Had an HR screening and then a technical interview with the hiring manager. They wanted to move fast, so instead of a coding assignment, they changed my video HM interview from a 30 minute behavioral interview to a 90 minute live coding interview in Python and SQL. I was notified about this change on the day of the interview and did they not move forward afterward. The recruiter ghosted me until I followed up. Everyone I talked to at eHealth was really nice, and they sounded like they wanted me to succeed, but the format of the interview was too hastily set up, and I felt like I was set up for failure.
