I received a telephone screening/interview the very first day of submitting my application. I was then invited for a formal interview. The interview was pretty standard - about an hour long and the panel consisted of 4 members including one senior legal staff. Although everyone appeared very professional during the interview process, staff from HR failed to get back regarding the results of competition. At the exit interview, she noted that she would be in touch very soon, however that did not happen. I find it very unprofessional that they don't get back to notify the results/outcome of the interview.
