I wish we were able to place all well-qualified candidates into roles. ePlus offers a PTO plan that includes three separate components, vacation time, personal time and sick time. The standard vacation component does begin at two weeks, but can be upgraded to three weeks depending on a number of factors. Additionally, there are buckets of sick and personal time each year. All in, the minimum starting package offers at least 21 PTO days in addition to all holidays.
