The interviewers were very friendly and made for a comfortable setting. They asked me questions about myself and why I decided to interview for this job. The interview was more of a conversation than an interrogation.

The interview process was confusing. I applied for one job and got hired in for another position. It was a very unorganized process. The human resources staff that contacted me were very professional, but when meeting with upper level management their lack of experience in interviewing and management was very apparent.
