I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at eToro (Zoomvliet) in Aug 2025
Interview
The interview was a product sense case around building an apartment search product. I walked through clarifying the problem, identifying target users and pain points, and suggesting solutions with success metrics. The interviewer listened throughout and kept the conversation fairly light, without much feedback or back-and-forth. Overall, the process was okay.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at eToro (Limassol, Limassol) in Nov 2024
Interview
The hiring process at eToro was well-structured and professional, with four main stages:
HR Interview:
An initial call with the HR rep to go over my background, motivation, and expectations. They also explained the process and next steps.
Hiring Manager Interview:
A deeper conversation focused on my experience as a product manager and how I approach product challenges.
Assessment Task:
I received a take-home product assignment designed to test my thinking, problem-solving, and strategy skills. I had a few days to work on it and then presented the results.
Final Interview:
I presented the assessment to the hiring manager. It went well overall.
After that, there was a long pause — about a month — and eventually they decided to go with another candidate.
