The process was LONG. Several rounds of interviews, some with the same person twice. Interviewed with HR first, then the hiring manager. After that, there were three 1 hour interviews with various departments and people with roles outside Engineering. There was also a whiteboarding session to architect a solution. After making it past that round, I had another set of three 1 hours interviews with other Engineers and Managers. There was also a second debugging exercise that I needed to perform. The final meeting was with the Hiring Manager, second time meeting him, who asked non-relevant work-related questions,
