Interview
Simple process. Direct walkin was conducted.
Aptitude test, technical test was conducted. Then asked you to write a program.
The last round was a technical round by a senior developer. I was not satisfied by the questions asked by him. Seemed way over board for a fresher.
But did not get a offer. But he did not have experience in inteviewing.
