The process was generally good, but the five-stage structure felt excessive. While the questions asked were fair, they didn't align well with the job description. The HR stage was informative and engaging, but the CTO stage was challenging, as it included questions not mentioned in the JD and required expertise in areas that were unexpected

Submit your application, which will be followed by a screening process conducted by a recruiter. If successful, you'll have an interview with a Senior Engineer. Afterward, you'll complete a take-home exercise. Finally, there will be an assessment to determine your cultural fit within the company.
Pretty straightforward and quick process. Hiring Manager was not very helpful in letting me know what they were looking for, but this is typical in hiring for Customer success. Overall, not a bad experience, but not a good one.
