There was just 1 interview virtual to which I never had any feedback or any response. The interviewer had no idea what she was doing. Pretty poor process. Very disappointing as I was excited to work for a company I saw as expanding. Guess I dodged a bullet!

Went very far in the process, process is as follows: Initial call, 2 competency-based interviews, followed by task. Went well but was completely ghosted in the end, no email, no reply, nothing. As a candidate, it feels dehumanising, and like the culture at the company probably needs improving. From my experience, I wouldn't recommend others going through such a long process just to be completely ghosted, not replied to, and for the job to be reposted a week later.
