Over all the interview process was very pleasant, and all of the Enosix staff were extremely professional and personable. Unlike many technology companies, Enosix respects a candidate’s time and does not require a 4+ hour interview session. For this role, their interview process consists of two rounds roughly spanning 2 hours in total.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you have to push back on a decision.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at enosiX in Aug 2025
Interview
recruiter reached out initially on LinkedIn and had a 30 min call, followed by an email of 5 questions that he wanted answers about.
Was told that it would be 3-4 rounds of interviews: 2 with the same hiring manager (1 interview 30mins and the second an hour), a presentation (1hour), and a final with the VP (30 min).
Each interview was an hour long and then the presentation. After I completed all rounds and spoke with the VP- they then come back to me and say they want me to create an entire GTM strategy for the role I will be in.
I proceeded to do so and submitted a 6 page GTM strategy to then be told they are going to pass and I was informed that I was the ONLY candidate who has made it this far.
It was very disappointing. I did enjoy learning about the company.

Interview
I was reached out to set up an interview about a week after with Director. It went well (at least that was the impression). I was told I would be contacted for a 2nd interview for the following week. I sent a thank you/follow-up email and I was ghosted.
