Interview Process Overview:
The interview process consisted of four rounds:
Aptitude Round
This round focused primarily on logical and analytical reasoning, with additional questions related to software testing concepts and Postman API testing.
HR Interview
The HR round was conversational. I was asked about my previous work experience, including the specific responsibilities and projects I handled.
Technical Interview
This round covered the basics of JavaScript, software testing methodologies, Postman (including parameterization), and MySQL
Team Lead Interview
This final round evaluated technical knowledge and team collaboration ability from a team lead’s perspective, focusing on real-world scenarios and problem-solving approaches.
