A quite long process, 4 stages in total
I met really nice people and made a great impression of the company, although having to present my portfolio 3 times in different stages. They asked to do a workshop in 3rd interview stage, which was something I'd never imagine doing in a 50 minutes interview (used to whiteboards, presentations) but never this.
I got to the final stage, which was meeting the CEO and VP. That's when a red flag surged, CEO was super arrogant, it was so uncomfortable. After that, they decided to not move forward with an offer, although seemed like everyone else liked me. Quite a strange interview dynamic to be honest, it raised a couple of red flags regarding senior hierarchy imposing decisions, which doesn't fit the startup culture
