    Associate Business Analyst Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Boston, MA (US)
    No Offer
    Negative Experience
    Average Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at eviCore healthcare (Boston, MA (US)).

    Interview

I had a phone screen with the HR rep and then a phone screen with the hiring manager. The hiring manager gave me a really positive vibe though the role he was describing was not the same as the listing. He asked me when I could start and quoted a potential salary so it felt very promising. I then went for an in person interview and everyone I met with was very nice and I again felt like things were going well. However a few days later I was told I did not get the job. The reason I was given was experience level they were looking for someone more senior than me. Experience level should be screened out by HR not after two phone screens and an in person interview. I even asked in my interview if there was anything that they were looking for that I did not have and was told no. Clearly I was either lied to or people were not on the same page as to what the role was supposed to be. Either way seems like I dodged a bullet.

    Interview Questions

    • One person asked if I was comfortable being in an executive assistant position and going through emails. That was not in the job description I applied for.   Answer Question

    Clinician Interview

Anonymous Employee in Melbourne, FL (US)
    Accepted Offer
    Positive Experience
    Average Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at eviCore healthcare (Melbourne, FL (US)) in December 2016.

    Interview

I applied at evicore, was called about 2 weeks later, had to pass 1 basic computer navigation test and 1 typing test which makes sense since you will be doing both to complete your position effectively and think its an excellent way to scan your potential hires. HR was amazing, very informative, friendly, ready to answer questions. I was set up with an interview within a week and offered the position the next day YAYY. Pay is on the low end and I haven't made that in over 6 years but with a fast growing company, theres always potential for growth and I love being a Utilization Review Nurse so that makes up for that :)

Its a blessing if you get an offer, there are a lot of nurses looking for work, so make sure you prepare for the interview and be calm, hiring manager was very nice and honest about everything and has been there almost 10 years and that says a lot and positivity in my view.

    Interview Questions

    • Why are you looking to leave your position? This is a remote position but very busy and fast paced, why do you feel we should hire you? You are assigned to one specialty XXX are you comfortable and how do you feel? Tell me a conflict you have encountered? What would you do in this situation? Are you able to sit in front of a computer type and talk on the phone at the same time, navigating different pages, asking questions?   1 Answer

    Nurse Reviewer Interview

Anonymous Employee in Franklin, TN (US)
    Accepted Offer
    Positive Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at eviCore healthcare (Franklin, TN (US)) in June 2015.

    Interview

I actually applied several months before I received an actual call. I was called and emailed to alert me to the job position being available due to growth. I had to complete a phone interview initially on a conference call with three other Nursing Supervisors. Then, a typing test was given. It was timed. The next step was to complete a computer skills assessment to measure the ability to navigate the screen. Extensive directions were given to measure the ability to follow instructions independently. After a few weeks, I was called in for a face to face interview. Then, background check, drug testing were completed. Upon receipt of these, I was hired! The next step was a three month training process.

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took a week. I interviewed at eviCore healthcare (Colorado Springs, CO (US)) in October 2014.

    Interview

The interview process was very informal. I was promised there would be rapid promotion and I would soon be a supervisor. 13 months later I'm still in the same position. They final stopped hiring directly and now use a temp agency to find workers. Their turnover rate is ridiculous. They also promise others that they will be working from home. Don't fall for that one as they are no longer sending people from home.

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation

There was none. It's a take it or leave it attitude.

    Intake Representative Interview

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at eviCore healthcare (Saint Louis, MO (US)) in August 2018.

    Interview

It was pretty fast. I applied and took all the assessments. I was invited to schedule my phone interview and I did that about a week later. The phone interview lasted me a little over a hour and then I was invited for face to face 2 weeks later. During that interview it was pretty easy and laid back. The interviewer had me read a script and she asked a few questions. It felt like I was talking to a friend she was so cool. She told me she would have them hire me on the spot. Later that day I got the offer letter & was sent for my drug test.
