note that also after I start to work , I can say that all managment ( qa , automation , and scrum team leader ) are supportive and glad to assist

I applied through LinkedIn. The interview process included two tech screens and one HR interview. It was an overall positive process, the energy in the room was that of cooperation and not of confrontation. The emphasis of both tech interviews was on system design, design patterns and some of more concrete questions about Spring.

I was asked to resolve a design problem related to distributed transactions in a microservice environment.
The interviewer was very unpleasant. Asks questions and then gets into my words. Does not give a chance to answer the questions and answers them himself. An experience I have not had anywhere else.
