There were 4 steps. 1. Had an informal chat with HR. It went very well. She was very friendly. 2. Had a technical chat with CTO and HR. Went quite well. 3. Had a technical interview and I did a show and tell on one of my projects. 4. Had a chat with HR and she gave me feedback and made job offer.
