Interview
Open ended questions about work experience. Must dress very stylish, the managers look for how you dress. At the end of they like you, you will play a game where the manager will give you an event and you have to pick out a head to toe outfit for the event.

Tell me about a time you had an unhappy guest and what you did to change it around?
Pretty fast, it started with a phone call and then in person interview. After the interview in-person, you are onboarded fast and watch some training videos. After that, you are on the floor and also trained on the register.

How much or if I had any experience working retail
One on one interview, asked general questions for retail. I did notice that they are interested in availability more than anything. Had a portion in the end with fake scenarios.
It was an easy process and straightforward. The questions are about what the job entails to see if you would be a good fit. The interview was with the store manager.
