The interview was very comfortable and I was told I would better as a key holder, we clicked instantly! Everything was explained very clearly and it went smoothly. I really recommend and overall it was amazing!

What difficult situations have you been in and how have you resolved them?
Pretty fast, it started with a phone call and then in person interview. After the interview in-person, you are onboarded fast and watch some training videos. After that, you are on the floor and also trained on the register.

How much or if I had any experience working retail
One on one interview, asked general questions for retail. I did notice that they are interested in availability more than anything. Had a portion in the end with fake scenarios.
It was an easy process and straightforward. The questions are about what the job entails to see if you would be a good fit. The interview was with the store manager.
