I applied online. The process took about two weeks. I had an in store interview with the Assistant Boutique Manager. It lasted about one hour. At the end of the interview you are given a scenario in which you are to choose an outfit (accessories and all) and tell them why you feel that outfit goes well with it. The second interview was with the District Manager.

The interview process was really chill. Just be yourself and you'll be ok! If you're enthusiastic and have a positive attitude, you'd be great for the job! Having prior customer service experience is also a good plus, but I got hired without any prior job experience

Very casual. Just talking with each other. Not formal at all. It was like I was speaking with a friend, which took a ton of pressure off of myself. It was very nice.
