there were mostly behavioral questions. such as asking about times where you had to be a leader, met witch a challenge, how you work in a team and others like that. it's pretty much the standard behavioral. at the end you will be given a prompt for a possible customer and they'll ask that you create an outfit and explain it.

Make me an outfit for a girl's first day of high school
Pretty fast, it started with a phone call and then in person interview. After the interview in-person, you are onboarded fast and watch some training videos. After that, you are on the floor and also trained on the register.

How much or if I had any experience working retail
One on one interview, asked general questions for retail. I did notice that they are interested in availability more than anything. Had a portion in the end with fake scenarios.
It was an easy process and straightforward. The questions are about what the job entails to see if you would be a good fit. The interview was with the store manager.
