Very easy. Walked in to drop off resume and heard back quickly. In interview picked out a cute outfit for a mannequin and talked with managers. also helped a customer.
Apply, then interview- questions are thoughtful, challenging, engaging, and it isn't boring or difficult. The person who interviewed me was really nice and fun to talk to. Overall it was one of the better interviews I've been to.

Short, quick, and efficient interview process. Mostly spoke of availability, willingness to learn a protocol that asks you to be sociable and to approach customers, and willingness to embrace the tenets of the company.
