Although there were some questions about accounts management, the main topic of the interview were the sales. How much do I sell, how long does it take me to close deals, etc.
I applied online. I interviewed at goFLUENT (Madrid)
Interview
My interview experience with this company was, unfortunately, extremely disappointing. After applying for several positions that closely matched my background, I received no feedback or acknowledgment for weeks, which already reflected poorly on their hiring process. When I finally had a conversation with one of their recruiters, starts with P, it quickly became clear that she had very little understanding of the role or its requirements. Throughout our chat, she provided vague answers and seemed unprepared, which made it difficult to have a meaningful discussion about how my experience could align with the company’s needs. She mentioned referring me to another opportunity supposedly better suited to my profile, but it turned out that this position did not even exist or was not open at all — something that could have easily been verified beforehand. The lack of communication, preparation, and basic professionalism left a very negative impression. Given how careless and disorganized the process was, I would advise others to reconsider before applying, as it seems the recruiting team is not equipped to represent the company or respect candidates’ time and effort
